The regular maintenance of your Superyacht is the easiest and most cost effective action to keep your yacht running strong and avoid costly repairs due to neglect. Regular maintenance is the key to owning a yacht that is safe and reliable with a minimum of unexpected repair bills. 

Whatever is your Superyacht, Regular maintenance is a continuous process requiring a constant eye on anything that may need attention, including engines, systems, fittings, shaft, transom shaft, propeller, blades, seacocks and so on.

Antifouling

Our specialized category of coatings applied as the outer layer or directly to your Superyacht hull perfectly fulfill its mission. Indeed, it slow the growth and facilitate detachment of subaquatic organisms that affect your performance at seas and the durability of your Superyacht. Our anti-fouling paints are applied as one component of multi-layer coating systems which may have other functions in addition to their antifouling properties, such as acting as a barrier against corrosion on metal hulls that will degrade and weaken the metal. The choice of antifouling paint as well as its application is important. Antifoulings have to do a tough job in many locations, so it makes sense to ensure they're applied in the best possible conditions. Good preparation and priming is essential to ensure that the antifouling adheres to the surface. In addition, that surface should ideally be as smooth as possible.

Engine Service

Engine Service is one of the main issues regarding the use of a motor yacht. Our team organize the regular maintenance and service following the manufacturer’s schedule and according to the serial number of the engines. We work throughout the year with all naval engine manufacturers or with their representatives and technicians. We provide them with the logistic support and the perfect environment for them to perform their best work on your yacht.

Survey

The survey is a complete check-up of all the vital organs of the yacht, such as for example, the transmission and propulsion. Every spare part, like the rudder blade, shaft lines and propellers are dismantled and taken into our workshops. There they undergo an inspection to identify any weak spots. An initial visual inspection takes place before the technical tests are carried out by a certified operator to check if the equipment requires any serious repair or needs to be replaced. Every component of the yacht is checked during this survey, including for example, seacocks (which have to be replaced after inspection), the state of the hull (the measure of thickness), corroded areas or points, the anchor and electric systems etc.
The deck also undergoes the same level of inspection. The report is then handed to a class registration for checking. Following this, a decision is made whether further investigation or replacement of spare parts is required to satisfy the register and gain the class certification.
